Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return/replacement policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original, unopened packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mappingspot.com. Initiating a return through our live chat is not considered valid unless agreed upon by one of our live chat agents during work hours (09:00 - 17:00 CEST). If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package. The shipping cost must be covered by the customer. The return must be dispatched to MappingSpot within the 14-day period. Items returned to us after 14 days or without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any questions regarding returns, please reach out to support@mappingspot.com. Upon receiving a return, we will inspect the products and process a refund within 14 days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the desired item, return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We will inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved. If so, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
