Shipping policy

Delivery time

We do our best to dispatch the order to you as swiftly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 14:00, we aim to ship on the same day. However, we cannot always guarantee this; occasionally products are out of stock, which may extend the delivery time of your order. We consistently strive to maintain a dispatch time of 1 - 3 working days. If for any reason we are unable to meet this dispatch time, we will notify you promptly. Any delivery date quoted by MappingWare should be seen as an estimate only, and MappingWare is not liable for any delay in delivery. You, the customer, are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address.

Back-orders/Pre-Orders

Estimated shipping dates for Back-orders/Pre-Orders are specified on the product's page. Should we be unable to meet the estimated shipping date, we will send an email update to inform you of the delay. If you wish to receive part of an order that is in stock, please request this by sending an email to support@mappingware.com. Include your order number, name, and address. Any additional costs for this partial shipment will be the customer's responsibility.

If products become available sooner, they will be dispatched earlier than the indicated 1 - 2 weeks. If there is a delay in the availability of the order for shipment, we will contact you.
